Both are good Quality and comfortable. The smaller is a rocker. Each has a seat pad with sewn cover that is included. Both have some minor scuffing of the white paint. The larger has a few broken strands of wicker. Both are sturdy and in good usable condition. The larger is 40.5” tall at the back, the widest part at the lower back is 37”. The rocker is 38” high, and 29” wide outside the arms.
