Both appear complete, but are well played with and need some tinkering to get them going. The slot car has plenty of track and 2 controllers, but one of the controllers has the wires pulled out from the inside. One of the slot cars has both wires loose from the front pads to the motor. It includes some bridge and railing pieces. The airplane is the style that you control from 2 strings in a circle. The wings have come loose and need to be glued. The string is tangled. The included battery is dead and there is no fuel in the little can, they are included so buyer knows what to get to replace. It includes some instructions.
