The complete setup, with DMV Paperwork for both the boat and trailer. The boat is a 12’ Valco with a fairly deep V for a 12’ boat. It has all of the benches intact, and the two cushioned seats are original, and marked Valco. It could use a new piece of marine wood in the transom. The motor is a 15hp Evinrude 2 stroke that has not run for a few years. It appears complete, but the pull-rope assembly has been taken apart - see pics. It turns over freely, and seems to have very good compression. We did not attempt to start. Also includes an outboard motor cart, fuel tank, and a bin with an anchor and other boating accessories. The trailer is well made and in good condition. The tires hold air and have tread. It takes a 1 7/8” ball. It has been sitting out for a few years, so needs some TLC and could be a nice setup. Neither the boat or trailer have been registered for some years, so probably not in the DMV system. Not known if any back fees will be due. The trailer does not have a PTI plate. Seller tells us the boat will easily get up on plane with this motor. Seller also tells us the boat filled up with water at one point during the winter and the water stayed, so it doesn’t appear to have any leaks other than normal seepage.
