All carved wood with elaborate designs and very detailed woodwork by a skilled craftsman. Sturdy and in very good condition. The upholstery has some small spots - hard to see in pics, but is in good condition. A beautiful and unique antique. The top of the back is 61.5” tall. The outside of the front arms is 29.5” wide and it is about 24” deep. The seat is about 17.5” high
