Description:

  • These are slides that are all marked U.S. Navy Restricted, and appear to be used to train Sailors to identify various aircraft. Each is marked ‘Recognition Training, U.S Navy, Special Devices Center’ on the top, and the name of the aircraft and year on the bottom. Most are 1947 and 1948. They are also marked ‘Restricted’ on the side. All are in heavy duty cases.
