Description:

Modern, runs and keeps time well, and has a rich, deep chime. The case doesn’t open on the sides or back, so wasn’t able to get pics of the movement. Didn’t want to take it apart and pull the movement out the front. The movement is probably German or Swiss. Seller tells us this has been in the family since the 60’s and was purchased in Europe. The front glass sections are beveled. The movement is at least 7 days. We left it running while working at the house because of the rich sounding chime, and it kept perfect time. Could not find a maker’s tag for the case, only service tags
The top is 79” at the finial. The widest parts are 15.5” and 9.5” deep
