Not signed, but believed to be by Harriet Fitzgerald, who was a family member. Her name appears to be written on the remnants of the tag on back - see pics, and it is in the same impressionistic style she is known for. Very good condition, heavy oils on canvas. Very good condition. The outside of the frame is 31” x 37”. The canvas is 24” x 30”.
