Very good condition, with detailed woodwork throughout
Top of back corners is 38" high. Overall it is 45.5" wide at the top of the back, and 25" deep. The seat is 16" high, and 40" wide and 20" deep on the inside
The upholstery has one spot on the seat. Otherwise it is solid, sturdy, and in very good condition
