Description:

These are cards given to family members of soldiers killed in battle. They are all believed to be authentic. The top 3 single cards are believed to be Russian, the remaining 5 are believed to be German. The German cards include 3 double wide cards and 2 single wide cards. The German Cards are being relisted from the prior auction.

These cards were all taken to The Tin Soldier, at 222 Vernon Street in Downtown Roseville, for authentication. The Tin Soldier has been in the war memorabilia business for 33 years and is well qualified to authenticate items like this. The authenticity and description are Ken’s, from The Tin Soldier, opinion, which we believe is correct.
