Does not have the pump, but has a place for it and a dry pipe to bring in power. Consists of 5 pieces - The pedestal base, main bowl, waterfall base - sits in the bowl and hides the pump, Main upper waterfall piece, and one small lower water piece that empties into the bowl
Assembled, the top is 39" high. The bowl is about 29" wide on the outside
The bowl has some cracks and has been repaired in one spot, but appears to hold water
