The windmill is all metal, and newer than the plow. The blade spins, and it turns with the wind. The top of the blade is 55" high. The top section is 24" long. It has been outside and is weathered, with some minor bends
The plow is intact with handles, wheel and blade. It is 36" high at the handles, about 55" long, and the steel wheel is 24"
