Done by Shelton’s Taxidermy (Rod) in Sacramento in the 1960’s. Seller will provide a certification that he held a valid furbearer trapping permit when he found this beaver, but it wasn’t trapped. The beaver was dead when he found. It had just dropped a tree, but the tree fell on its head. The mount originally had an upright piece coming up the front. On the base it is 31” tall, and 27” tall not counting the base.
