The bar is well-made, by Stanley Furniture. All wood with fold-out flaps on top, a single large drawer under the top, and a cabinet below. On Castors, so it is easy to move around. Without the top flaps, it is 34” high, 33” wide and 18” deep. With the flaps folded out, it is just under 51.5” wide. The sign has a plastic frame, and is 23.5” x 19.5”. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.  This lot is in a home in South Woodland, and no loading help will be available.
