This is the Andrew Kohler Model Spinet Piano made by Kohler & Chase. It is in very good condition, except the white ivory veneer on each key is coming off. Some are still in place, but many are cracked and some separated. It needs a new set glued on to the white keys. Otherwise, it is in very good condition, and lightly played - lots of life left on the pads. All keys work, and it has a matching bench. Serial Number 19309. The Andrew Kohler Model was the top of the line for Kohler and Chase. Could be moved by a few people, buyer will need to figure out moving and loading, we will accommodate a piano mover. Not super heavy by piano standards.  The top is 35.5” high, 57” wide, and the middle is 24” deep. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.  This lot is in a home in South Woodland, and no loading help will be available.
