These match the pair of Parlor Chairs in Lot 75 to make an Eastlake Victorian parlor set, with an Asian influence. Both pieces have wooden wheels, and are in very good condition. The davenport seat is 15.5" high, 50" wide and 20.5" deep. The back is 37.5" high. A piece of the upper wood upholstery brace is coming loose along the top - see pics. The side chaIr has a seat height of 17". The width tapers from about 20.5" at the front to 15.5" at the rear. The back is 35.5" high. It has a small tear in the fabric where the back brace attaches on the right side - see pics. Both need some tacking of the upholstery trim pieces, but are comfortable, stable, and in very good condition.
